இலங்கை அகதிகளுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்ட இடத்தை தருமன் மகன் தங்கவேல் பெயரில் தங்கவேல் மகன் பெயரில் சட்டவிரோதமாக போலியாக பட்டா மாறுதல் செய்து அந்த இடத்தை ஆக்கிரமிப்பு செய்து வைத்து கொண்டு குண்டர்களை வைத்து அகதிகளை மிரட்டி வருகிறார்கள் .ஆகவே மோசடியாக பட்டா மாறுதல் செயுதுள்ளதை விசாரணை செய்து பட்டா வை ரத்து செய்து நிலத்தை மீட்டு இலங்கை அகதிகளுக்கு மீண்டும் வழங்க வேண்டி புகார் மனு கொடுத்திருந்தார்.
