திருப்பூர் ஈரோடு கோவை மாவட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த கல் குவாரி தொழிலாளர்கள் மற்றும் கட்டுமான தொழிலுக்கு பயன்படுத்தும் மணல், கல் ,சிமெண்ட் கலவை கொண்டுவர பயன்படுத்தும் லாரி மற்றும் டிப்பர் லாரிகள் கலவை இயந்திரங்கள் மற்றும் ஜேசிபி பொக்லைன் அனைத்தையும் இரண்டு நாட்களுக்கு நிறுத்தி வைத்து அரசு கவனத்தை ஈர்க்க ஆயிரக்கணக்கான தொழிலாளர்கள் திருப்பூர் மாவட்ட ஆட்சியாளர் அலுவலகம் முன்பு தர்ணாவில் ஈடுபட்டு வருகின்றனர். இதனால் நாளொன்றுக்கு 250 கோடி ரூபாய் அரசுக்கு இழப்பு ஏற்படும் என்றும் இதனால் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான தொழிலாளர்களின் வாழ்வாதாரம் கேள்விக்குறியாக இருப்பதாகவும் இந்த கவன ஈர்ப்பு உண்ணாவிரத போராட்டத்தை நடத்தி வருவதாக தகவல் வந்துள்ளது.
பல்லடம் பகுதியில் கல்குவாரிகளை மூட உத்தரவிட்ட மாவட்ட ஆட்சியாளர்!!
1000த்திற்கும் மேற்பட்ட கல்குவாரி தொழிலாளர்கள், உரிமையாளர்கள் திருப்பூர் கலெக்டர் அலுவலகத்தை முற்றுகையிட்டு உண்ணாவிரத போராட்டம் !
திருப்பூர் மாவட்டம் பல்லடம் வட்டம் கோடங்கிபாளையம் கிராமத்தில், கொத்துமுட்டிபாளையத்தில் தனியார் கல்குவாரி மற்றும் ஜல்லி ஆலை இயங்கி வருகிறது. அரசின் நிபந்தனைகளை மீறி பாறையை அதிக வெடிமருந்து வைத்து தகர்ப்பது, அதிக ஆழத்துக்கு தோண்டுவது என செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது என்றும் இதனால் சுற்றுவட்டாரப் பகுதியில் காற்று மாசு நிறைந்து காணப்படுவதால் கடந்த 15 ஆண்டுகளாக கனிம வளத்தை விதிமுறைக்கு புறம்பாக விற்பனை செய்துள்ளது தொடர்பாக, மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் உள்ளிட்டோருக்கு புகார் அளிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது.
திருப்பூர் மாவட்டம் பல்லடம் சுற்றுவட்டார பகுதிகளான இச்சிப்பட்டி, கோடங்கிபாளையம் , 63 வேலம்பாளையம் உள்ளிட்ட பகுதிகளில் ஏராளமான கல் குவாரிகள் இயங்கி வருகின்றன. இதனால் விவசாய நிலங்கள் பாதிக்கப்படுவதாகவும் அரசு அனுமதித்த அளவைவிட அதிக ஆழத்தில் வெடிவைத்து தகர்க்கப்படுவதால் காற்று மாசு நிறைந்து காணப்படுவதால் மூச்சுத் திணறல் ஏற்படுவதாகும் மற்றும் நிலத்தடி நீர்மட்டம் மற்றும் விவசாயம் பாதிக்கப்படுவதாக குற்றம் சாட்டி அப்பகுதியில் விவசாயிகள் தொடர்ந்து போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபட்டு வருகின்றனர்.
இந்நிலையில் போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபட்டு வரும் விவசாயிகளுக்கு பாதுகாப்பு வழங்க வேண்டும் எனவும் கல் குவாரிகளை மாவட்ட நிர்வாகம் முறையாக கண்காணிக்க வேண்டும் உள்ளிட்ட கோரிக்கைகளை வலியுறுத்தி விவசாய அமைப்பினர் திருப்பூர் மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் அலுவலகத்தில் நேற்று கோரிக்கை மனு அளித்தனர். அவர்கள் அளித்த மனுவில் கல்குவாரிகளுக்கு எதிராக போராடும் விவசாயிகள் மீது கொலை மிரட்டல் விடுத்தும் அவதூறு பரப்பியும் சிலர் செயல்பட்டுவருகின்றனர் எனவே தங்களுக்கு மாவட்ட நிர்வாகம் உரிய பாதுகாப்பு வழங்க வேண்டும் என கோரிக்கை விடுத்தனர்.
முறைகேடுகளுடன் இயங்கி வரும் தனியார் கல்குவாரி மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பது தொடர்பாக பலமுறை மனு அளித்தும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவில்லை எனக் கூறியும், கல்குவாரி உரிமைத்தை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றும் விவசாயி விஜயகுமார் என்பவர் கடந்த சில நாட்களாக உண்ணாவிரதம் இருந்து வருகிறார்.
தொடர் உண்ணாவிரத போராட்டத்தை தொடர்ந்து, ஒட்டன்தோட்டத்தில் செயல்பட்டு வரும் மற்றொரு கல்குவாரியிலும் முறைகேடு இருப்பதாக அப்பகுதியை சேர்ந்த விவசாயி ஒருவரும் தனது தோட்டத்தில் உண்ணாவிரத போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபடத் தொடங்கினார்
