இறந்தவர் உயிருடன் வங்கிக்கு வந்த அதிசயம்!!
லஞ்சம் வாங்கிக் கொண்டு இறப்பு சான்றிதழ் வழங்கிய தாசில்தார் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்காத மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர்!
இறந்தவர் என்று போலி சான்றிதழ் வழங்கிய வட்டாட்சியர் விஏஓ இவர்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க முதல்வருக்கு கோரிக்கை!
சொத்துக்கு ஆசைப்பட்டு, பெற்ற தந்தைக்கு இறப்பு சான்றிதழ் பெற்ற மகன்களின் செயல்கள் அதிர்ச்சியை தந்து வருகிறது.
இந்த விஷயம் கேள்விப்பட்டு, தன் உயிருக்கு பயந்து தலைமறைவாக வாழ்ந்து வரும், அந்த பெரியவரின் நிலைமை பரிதாபத்தை ஏற்படுத்தி வருகிறது.
தர்மபுரி மாவட்டம் அருர் அருகேயுள்ளது அண்ணாமலைபட்டி என்ற கிராமம். இங்கு வசித்து வந்தவர் முருகேசன். 75 வயதாகிறது. இவரது மனைவி பெயர் சுசிலா.
இந்த தம்பதிக்கு, செல்வன் 40 வயது, சதாசிவம் 35 வயது, மாதையன் 27 வயது, ஆகிய 3 மகன்களும் செந்தாமரை என்ற மகளும் என 4 பிள்ளைகள் உள்ளனர்.
முருகேசனுக்கு அண்ணாமலைப்பட்டி கிராமத்தில் 2 கோடியே 50 லட்சம் மதிப்புள்ள 2 வீடுகள் உள்ளதாக கூறப்படுகிறது. இந்த வீடுகளை தங்கள் பெயருக்கு பத்திரம் எழுதி கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று பெற்ற மகன்கள் கடந்த 2015-ல் இருந்தே முருகேசனுக்கு தொந்தரவு செய்து வந்ததாக தெரிகிறது. ஆனால் முருகேசனோ அதற்கு சம்மதிக்கவில்லை. பாடுபட்டு தான் சம்பாதித்த சொத்துகளை மகன்களுக்கு கொடுக்காமல் வந்துள்ளார்.
ஒரு கட்டத்தில் ஆத்திரமடைந்த மகன்கள் செல்வம் மற்றும் சதாசிவம் இருவரும் சேர்ந்து அவர்கள் தந்தையை அடித்து உதைத்து அதிகமாக தொல்லை செய்ய ஆரம்பித்துள்ளனர்.
வீடுகளை தங்களது பெயருக்கு எழுதி கொடுக்காவிட்டால் கொலை செய்து விடுவோம் என்று கடந்த 2019ம் ஆண்டு முதலே மிரட்டியுள்ளதாகவும் கூறப்படுகிறது. இதனால் மகன்கள் எந்நேரமும் தன்னை கொலை செய்து விடுவார்களோ என்று பயந்து போன முருகேசன், வீட்டை விட்டு வெளியேறி தலைமறைவாக வாழ்ந்து வந்துள்ளார்.
இதனிடையே முருகேசன், தன்னுடைய பெயரில் தர்மபுரி மாவட்டம் கம்பைநல்லூரில் உள்ள ஒரு வங்கியில் ஒன்றரை லட்சம் ரூபாய் பணம் இருந்ததை எடுக்க சென்றுள்ளார். அப்போது வங்கி அதிகாரிகள், ‘உங்க அக்கவுண்ட்டில் உள்ள பணத்தை உங்கள் மகன்கள் எடுத்துட்டாங்களே, நீங்கள் இறந்து விட்டதாகவும் சொல்லி இறப்பு சான்றிதழ் தந்து, அக்கவுண்ட்டையும் முடித்து விட்டு சென்று விட்டனர்’ என்று கூறியுள்ளனர்.
இதைக்கேட்டு அதிர்ந்து போன முருகேசன், மகன்களின் நடவடிக்கைகளை விசாரிக்க ஆரம்பித்தார். அப்போதுதான், அவர்கள் 2 கோடியே 50 லட்சம் மதிப்புள்ள தனது சொத்துகளை இறப்பு சான்றிதழ் கொடுத்து அபகரித்துள்ளதை அறிந்து மேலும் அதிர்ந்து போனார்.
பின்பு போலீஸாரிடமும், வருவாய்த்துறை அதிகாரிகளிடமும், முதலமைச்சரின் தனிப்பிரிவுக்கும் பலமுறை இது தொடர்பாக புகார் அளித்துள்ளார். ஆனாலும் யாரும் இதுவரை எந்த நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்கவில்லை என கூறப்படுகிறது.
அதனை தொடர்ந்து கர்நாடகா, ஆந்திரா என பிற மாநிலங்களில் உயிருக்கு பயந்து தலைமறைவாக சுற்றி வந்த முருகேசன் கடந்த 3 மாதங்களாக தமிழ்நாட்டில் ஒசூர் அருகேயுள்ள ஒரு கிராமத்தில் தஞ்சமடைந்துள்ளார்..
அங்குள்ள ஒரு திண்ணையில் படுத்து தூங்கி, கூலி வேலை செய்து பிழைப்பு நடத்தி வருகிறார். ஒருவேளை தன்னுடைய இருப்பிடம் குறித்து மகன்களுக்கு தெரிய வந்தால், இறப்பு சான்றிதழ் வாங்கியவர்கள் நிஜமாகவே, தன்னை கொலை செய்து விட்டு அதனை மெய்யாக்கி விடுவார்கள் என்று வேதனையுடன் சொல்கிறார்.
ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் பயந்து, பயந்து வாழும் தனக்கு தமிழக அரசு உதவி செய்து பாதுகாப்பு வழங்க வேண்டும் என்றும், இல்லையென்றால் என்றாவது ஒரு நாள் தான் விஷம் குடித்தோ அல்லது நீர் நிலைகளில் விழுந்தோ தற்கொலை செய்து கொள்வேன், எனக்கு வேறு வழி தெரியவில்லை என்றும் கலங்கி போய் சொல்கிறார்.
