தொழிலாளர் நலன் மற்றும் திறன் மேம்பாட்டுத் துறை, டாடா டெக்னாலஜிஸ் நிறுவனத்துடன் இணைந்து ரூ.762.30 கோடி மதிப்பீட்டில் 22 அரசு தொழிற் பயிற்சி நிலையங்களில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள தொழில் 4.0 தொழில்நுட்ப மையங்களை தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.

மூவலூர் இராமாமிர்தம் அம்மையார் உயர் கல்வி உறுதித் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் 6 முதல் 12ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை படித்து உயர் கல்வி பயிலும் மாணவிகளுக்கு மாதம் ரூ. 1000 உதவித்தொகை வழங்கும் புதுமைப்பெண் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் அரசு தொழிற்பயிற்சி நிலையத்தில் பயிலும் ஐந்து மாணவிகளுக்கு வங்கி பற்று அட்டைகளை (Debit Cards) வழங்கி பேசிய தமிழக முதல்வர் தமிழ்நாட்டில் உள்ள அனைத்து அரசு தொழில் பயிற்சி நிலையங்களில் மாறிவரும் தொழிற்சாலைகளின் தொழில்நுட்பத்தின் ஏற்றவாறு மாற்றிட டாட்டா டெக்னாலஜிஸ் நிறுவனத்துடன் இணைந்து தொழில்நுட்ப மேம்பாட்டு மையங்களாக 71 அரசு தொழிற்பயிற்சி நிலையங்களை உயர்த்திட ஆணை வழங்கப்பட்டு முதற்கட்டமாக தற்போது தமிழ்நாட்டில் 22 தொழிற்பயிற்சி மையங்களில் 762.30 கோடி மதிப்பீட்டு அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள 4.0 தொழில்நுட்ப மையங்களை திறந்து வைப்பதில் மிக்க மகிழ்ச்சி அடைவதாக தெரிவித்தார்.
இந்த நிகழ்ச்சி தமிழகத்தில் அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களிலும் அந்தந்த மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர்கள் மூலம் அந்தந்த மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள தொழிற்பயிற்சி தொடக்க விழா நடத்தப்பட்டது.

உட்பட தமிழ்நாடு முழுவதிலும் உள்ள பல்வேறு அரசு தொழிற்பயிற்சி நிலையங்களில், தொழில் 4.0 தொழில்நுட்ப மையங்களை தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் காணொளி காட்சி வாயிலாக துவக்கி வைத்தார்.
அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து, மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் அலுவலகம் அருகில் உள்ள தேனி, தொழிற்பயிற்சி நிலையத்தில் நிகழ்ச்சியை நடத்த ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டு இருந்தது.
இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் நாடாளுமன்ற, சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள், உள்ளாட்சி அமைப்புகளின் பிரதிநிதிகள் மற்றும் முக்கிய பிரமுகர்கள் கலந்து கொள்ளுமாறு அழைப்பிதழ் அனுப்பப்பட்டது.
இந்த நிலையில்.
தேனி மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் அலுவலகத்தில் அருகே உள்ள தொழிற்பயிற்சி மையத்தில் காலை 10:30 மணி அளவில் அரசு விழா தொடங்க ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டது.
அதன் அடிப்படையில் தொழிற் பயிற்சி மையங்களில் பயிலும் மாணவர்கள் நூற்றுக்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் காலை 9 மணிக்கு தொழிற் பயிற்சி மையத்திற்கு வரவழைத்து விழா நடக்கும் அரங்கத்தில் உள்ளே இருந்த இருக்கைகளில் உட்கார வைத்துள்ளனர். மாணவர்கள் 9 மணியிலிருந்து 10.39 மணி வரை காத்திருந்த அவல நிலை ஏற்பட்டது.
ஆனால் சரியாக 10:30 மணி அளவில் காணொளி மூலம் முதல்வர் இந்த அரசு விழா நடக்கும் அரங்கில் பார்வையிட்டு ரிப்பன் வெட்டி தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.
இந்த நிகழ்ச்சி காணொளி மூலம் அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களிலும் நடக்கும் அரங்குகளில் உள்ள தொலைக்காட்சிகளில் ஒளிபரப்பப்பட்டது. அதேபோல் தேனி தொழிற்பயிற்சி மைய அரங்கத்தில் வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள டிவியில் ஒளிபரப்பப்பட்டது.
ஆனால் தேனி மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் 10:30 மணிக்கு தான் தொழிற்பயிற்சி மையத்தில் அரசு விழா ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்த அரங்கத்திற்கு வந்தார்.
அப்போது அரங்கத்தில் 9 மணி முதல் காத்திருந்த மாணவர்களை அனைவரையும் வெளியே அனுப்பிவிட்டு அரங்கத்திற்குள் ஆட்சியர் இருக்கையில் உட்கார்ந்து பின்பு மறுபடியும் மாணவர்களை அரங்கத்திற்குள் வரவழைத்து அமர வைத்துள்ளனர்.
மாணவர்கள் நலன் மீது அக்கறை இல்லாத தேனி மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் மாணவர்களை பல மணி நேரம் காத்திருக்க வைத்து ரத்தினப்போக்கை மற்றும் அலட்சிய போக்கை கடைபிடித்த சம்பவத்திற்கு தேனி மாவட்ட சமூக ஆர்வலர்கள் கடும் கண்டனம் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.
