மாவாட்ட நிர்வாகம் மற்றும் வருவாய்த்துறை அதிகாரிகளை தொலைபேசியில்தொடர்பு கொள்ள முடியவில்லை என பொதுமக்கள் குற்றச்சாட்டு!
தேனி மாவட்ட வருவாய் மற்றும் நிர்வாகத்துறை அதிகாரிகள் பயன்படுத்தும் அரசு சார்பாக வழங்கப்பட்ட தொலைபேசி எண்ணிற்கு பொதுமக்கள் அழைத்தால் சத்தம் கேட்கவில்லையோ?
தமிழ்நாட்டில் உள்ள ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்திலும் மிக முக்கியமான 25 துறைகள் செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது. இந்த ஒவ்வொரு துறையிலும் முக்கிய உயர் அதிகாரிகள் குறைந்தது 5க்கும் மேற்பட்டவர்கள் இருப்பார்கள். அப்படி என்றால் ஒரு மாவட்டத்திற்கு அனைத்து துறைகளிலும் சேர்ந்து நூற்றுக்கும் மேற்பட்ட அதிகாரிகள் உயர் பதவிகளில் வைத்து வருகின்றனர் ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் குறைந்தது ஒரு லட்சத்திலிருந்து 2.5 லட்சம் வரை சம்பளமாக வாங்குகிறார்கள்.
மக்கள் வரிப்பணத்தில் அரசு வழங்கும் சம்பளம் வாங்கும் அதிகாரிகளின் அலுவலகத்தில் பொதுமக்கள் தொடர்பு கொள்ள அரசு சார்பாக வழங்கப்பட்ட தொலைபேசி தற்போது செயல்பாட்டில் உள்ளதா இல்லையா என்பதை கூட அந்த அதிகாரிகள் கவனிப்பதில்லை. பொதுமக்கள் எப்படியாவது அதிகாரிகள் செல்போன் நம்பரை வாங்கி தொடர்பு கொண்டாலும் அந்த அதிகாரிகளும் எடுத்துப் பேசுவதில்லை என்ற மிகப்பெரிய குற்றச்சாட்டு எழுந்துள்ளது.
அதில் முக்கியமாக தேனி மாவட்டத்தில் மாவட்ட வருவாய் அலுவலர், போடிநாயக்கனூர் வட்டாட்சியர் உட்பட சில அரசு அலுவலர்களின் அரசு அலைபேசி எண்கள் செயல்படவில்லை எனவும், பொதுமக்கள் மற்றும் சமூக ஆர்வலர்கள் அவர்களது கோரிக்கைகள், புகார்கள் மற்றும் முறையீடுகளை தெரிவிக்க இயலாத அவலநிலை தொடர்வதாகவும், அரசு அலைபேசிகள் முறையாக பராமரிப்பு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும் எனவும், மாவட்ட ஆட்சித்தலைவரின் அரசு அலைபேசி எண்ணில் பொதுமக்கள் அவசர முறையீடு செய்ய இயலாத அவலநிலையும் தொடர்வதாகவும், மாவட்ட ஆட்சித் தலைவரின் அரசு அலைபேசி எண்ணில் கிளார்க்குகள் பேசுவதால், பொதுமக்களின் அவசர முறையீடுகள் மாவட்ட ஆட்சித்தலைவரை முழுமையாகவும், முறையாகவும் சென்று சேராமல் தொய்வுநிலை ஏற்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும், தேனி மாவட்டத்தில் தொடர் அவலநிலை தொடர்வதாகவும், தமிழ்நாடு அரசும், சம்பந்தப்பட்ட உயர்மட்ட அரசுதுறை நிர்வாகங்களும், தேனி மாவட்ட பொதுமக்கள் மற்றும் சமூக ஆர்வலர்களின் அவலநிலையினை போக்கிட துரித நடவடிக்கையினை மேற்கொண்டிட முன்வர வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கையினை முன்வைக்கின்றனர்.
ஆகையால் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள வருவாய்த்துறை அலுவலகங்களுக்கு பொதுமக்கள் தொலைபேசியில் சுலபமாக தொடர்பு கொள்ள ஒவ்வொரு துறையிலும் டோல் ஃப்ரீ நம்பர் வைக்க தமிழக முதல்வர் மற்றும் முதன்மைச் செயலாளர் இறையன்பு அவர்கள் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் . அப்படி டோல் ஃப்ரீ நம்பர் எல்லா துறைகளிலும் இருந்தால் பொதுமக்கள் தொடர்பு கொண்டு தங்கள் குறைகளை எடுத்து கூறும் போது அது தமிழக அரசின் செயலாளர்கள் வரை சென்றடையும் என்பது தான் நிதர்சனம். ஆகவே உடனடியாக அனைத்து துறைகளிலும் டோல் ஃப்ரீ நம்பர் வழங்க தமிழக முதல்வர் உத்தரவிட வேண்டும் என்பதே அனைத்து சமூக ஆர்வலர்களின் கோரிக்கையாகும்.
