புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டம் இலுப்பூர் தாலுகா வீரப்பட்டி கிராமத்தில் வசித்து வரும் பாலசுப்பிரமணி (தகப்பனார் பெயர் ராசு )என்பவருக்கும் காந்திநகர் கூடலூர் கிராமம் பொன்னமராவதி தாலுகா புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த கௌசல்யா( தகப்பனார் பெயர் ஆறுமுகம்) என்பவருக்கும் 08/02 /2019 அன்று திருமண நிச்சயம் செய்யப்பட்டு 10/02/2019 அன்று திருமணம் நடந்துள்ளது .
திருமணமான 40 நாட்களில் மனைவி கௌசல்யாவை தன் பெற்றோர்களிடம் விட்டு பாலசுப்ரமணியம் வெளிநாட்டிற்கு வேலைக்கு சென்றுள்ளார்.
வெளிநாட்டுக்கு சென்று ஒரு வருடம் கழித்து ஊருக்கு திரும்பிய பாலசுப்பிரமணியத்திடம் மனைவி கவுசல்யா ஒரு வருடமாக வீட்டில் அனைவரும் தன்னை துன்புறுத்தியதாக தனக்கு நேர்ந்த கொடுமைகளை கணவரிடம் கூறியுள்ளார். அதைக் கேட்ட பாலசுப்பிரமணியம் கண்டும் காணாமல் இருந்து வந்துள்ளார். அதுமட்டுமில்லாமல் தினமும் மது அருந்தி விட்டு தான் வீட்டுக்கு வருவாராம்.இதனால் கணவன் மனைவிக்குள் பிரச்சனை ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது . மது அருந்திவிட்டு வரும் கணவரை தட்டிக் கேட்கவில்லை என்றும் அவருடைய அப்பா அம்மா சொல்லும் பேச்சு மட்டும் கேட்டு நான் சொல்வதை எதுவும் கணவர் கேட்பதில்லை என்றும் மறுபடியும் 40 நாட்களில் மீண்டும் வெளிநாட்டுக்கு வேலைக்கு சென்று விட்டார் . திருமணம் ஆகி ஒரு வருடத்தில் 80 நாட்கள் மட்டுமே வீட்டிலிருந்து உள்ளார் என்றும் கணவர் வெளிநாட்டுக்கு சென்றதிலிருந்து மாமனார் மாமியார் தன்னை துன்புறுத்தியதாக 08/10/2020 அன்று தற்கொலை வரை சென்றதாகவும் புதுக்கோட்டை அரசு மருத்துவமனை 15 நாள் சிகிச்சை அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டேன் என்றும் அதன் பின்பு என்னுடைய பெற்றோர்கள் வீட்டில் இருந்தேன் என்றும் 2021 ஆண்டு பிப்ரவரி மாதம் வெளிநாட்டிலிருந்து கணவர் வந்ததும் என்னை பார்க்க கூட வரவில்லை என்றும் கௌசல்யா பெற்றோர்கள் பாலசுப்பிரமணியம் பெற்றோர்களிடம் சமாதானம் பேசிய பின்பு கணவர் பாலசுப்பிரமணி கௌசல்யா உடன் வாழ விரும்ப மறுத்துவிட்டார் என்றும் அதன் பின்பு வீரப்பட்டி கிராமத்தில் ஊராட்சி மன்ற தலைவர் ஈஸ்வரியின் கணவர் தங்கராஜ் முன்னிலையில் 13/09/2021 அன்று என்னை அழைத்து கட்டப்பஞ்சாயத்து செய்து எழுதாத 100 ரூபாய் ஸ்டாம் பத்திரத்தில் கௌசல்யா மற்றும் அவரது தாய் தந்தையிடம் மிரட்டி கையெழுத்து பெற்றதாகவும் குற்றச்சாட்டை வைக்கிறார் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண் கௌசல்யா.
அதன்பின்பு இலுப்பூர் தாலுகா கவிநாரிபட்டி கிராமத்தைச் சேர்ந்த சங்கீதா தகப்பனார் பெயர் சிவசாமி என்ற பெண்ணை 10/06/2022 அன்று அதிக வரதச்சனை பெற்று சட்டவிரோதமாக இரண்டாவது திருமணம் செய்துள்ளார் .
நான் உயிருடன் இருக்கும் போது இரண்டாவது திருமணம் செய்தது சட்டப்படி தவறு என்றும் கணவர் பாலசுப்பிரமணியம் மற்றும் இரண்டாவது திருமணம் செய்து வைத்த பாலசுப்பிரமணியத்தின் அவரது தந்தை ,தாய் ,சகோதரிகள் மற்றும் கட்டப்பஞ்சாயத்து செய்த தங்கராஜ் மற்றும் 4 பேர் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறும் என் கணவருடன் என்னை சேர்த்து வைக்குமாறு
18/07/2022 அன்று பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண் கௌசல்யா கீரனூர் அனைத்து மகளிர் காவல் நிலையத்தில் காவல் நிலையத்தில் காவல் ஆய்வாளர் லதா அவர்களிடம் புகார் கொடுத்துள்ளார். உடனே கணவர் வீட்டு பெற்றோர்களை அழைத்து பேசியுள்ளார் அதன் பின்பு பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண்ணின் பெற்றோர்களை அழைத்து பேசி இந்த பேச்சுவார்த்தையில் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண் கௌசல்யாவின் கணவர் பாலசுப்ரமணியத்திடம் 30 ஆயிரம் பணம் பெற்றுக் கொண்டு புகார் கொடுத்த கௌசல்யாவின் உங்கள் பிள்ளை தான் தவறு செய்து உள்ளதாகவும் என்ன வளர்த்துள்ளீர்கள் என்று விசாரணை என்ற பெயரில் கட்டப்பஞ்சாயத்து செய்வதை போல் மிரட்டும் வகையில் பேசி பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண் கௌசல்யா அளித்த புகார் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க முடியாது என்றும் புகார் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க சட்டம் இல்லை என்றும் இது உங்கள் குடும்ப பிரச்சினை ஆகையால் நீங்கள் நீதிமன்றம் செல்லுங்கள் என்றும் கூறியுள்ளார்.
அதன் பின்பு பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண் கௌசல்யா மாவட்ட காவல் கண்காணிப்பாளர் அவர்களிடமும் புகார் அதன் பின்பு எந்த ஒரு நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்கவில்லை.

ஆனால் நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவு படி வழக்கு பதிவு செய்யாத கீரனூர் அனைத்து மகளிர் காவல் நிலைய ஆய்வாளர் லதா அவர்கள் 50 ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் பணம் கொடுத்தால் மட்டுமே கணவர் மற்றும் அவர் குடும்பத்தில் உள்ளவர்கள் மீது வழக்கு பதிவு செய்வேன் என்று கணவரால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண் கௌசல்யாவை தினந்தோறும் அழைக்களிப்பதாக குற்றச்சாட்டு எழுப்பியுள்ளார்.
இது சம்பந்தமாக புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்ட காவல் கண்காணிப்பாளரிடம் கணவரால் கைவிடப்பட்டு பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண் கௌசல்யா
உயிருடன் இருக்கும் போது சட்ட விரோதமாக இரண்டாவது செய்துள்ள கணவர் பாலசுப்பிரமணியம் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு கீரனூர் மகளிர் காவல் நிலையத்தில் புகார் கொடுத்தும் இதுவரை எந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவில்லை என்றும் காவல் ஆய்வாளர் வழக்கு பதிவு செய்ய 50,000 ரூபாய் பணம் கேட்கிறார் என்றும் என் கணவர் மீதும் காவல் ஆய்வாளர் மீதும் நடவடிக்கை புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்ட காவல் கண்காணிப்பாளர் அவர்களிடம் புகார் கொடுத்துள்ளார் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
