இவர் கடந்த அதிமுக ஆட்சியில் 2019 ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் மாதம் திருப்பூர் மாவட்ட ஆட்சியரிடம் பிரதான் மந்திரி ஆவாஸ் யோஜனா திட்டத்தின் மூலம் வீடு கேட்டு மனு கொடுத்துள்ளார்.
ஆனால் அவருக்கு வீடு கட்டித் தரவில்லை அதனால்.2020/2021 ஆண்டு மீண்டும் வீடு கேட்டு மனு செய்துள்ளார்.
அப்போது வீடு கட்டிக் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது எனவும் 2018/ 2019 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான பிரதான் மந்திரி ஆவாஸ் யோஜனா திட்டத்தில் TN.19 78 62 9 என்ற எண்ணில் வீடு கட்டி கொடுக்கப்பட்டதாகவும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளியான பழனிச்சாமி அவர்களுக்கு தெரிய வந்துள்ளது.
